1. Shipping Policy
Processing & Delivery Time
- Most orders are processed and shipped by our sellers/vendors within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Standard products typically arrive within this timeframe.
- Customized or made-to-order products may take up to 15 business days for delivery, as specified on the product page at the time of purchase.
Shipping Costs
All shipping charges (including return shipping for eligible returns) are borne by the seller/brand. Customers are not charged any additional fees for standard delivery or eligible returns.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
2. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- You contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You provide a valid reason for the return (e.g., damaged item, wrong product delivered, or as per the seller's specific return conditions).
- The product is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Seller-Specific Conditions
Some products may have specific return guidelines set by the seller/vendor (e.g., hygiene-related items, personalized goods). These conditions will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Indigo Rhapsody will facilitate communication between you and the seller to ensure a smooth return process.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed directly to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, net banking).
- No store credits or app wallet balances will be issued unless explicitly requested and agreed upon by the customer.
- Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to the seller's/product-specific policies.
- To request an exchange, please contact Customer Care within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for exchange.
- Indigo Rhapsody will coordinate with the seller to facilitate the exchange process where applicable.
